Bautista Planning and Analytics, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Daily ML Plays web application at dailymlplays.com (the "Service"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, encrypt, and protect your information when you use the Service. We only collect information necessary to provide, secure, and improve it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, username, and account preferences when you register or sign up for our newsletter. Your password is stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password.
• Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your full credit card or financial information. All payment processing is handled securely through our third-party processor, Stripe, which returns to us only a confirmation that a payment succeeded plus basic billing metadata (plan, subscription status, renewal date).
• Bet-tracking information: if you choose to use our optional personal bet-tracking tools, we store the bets you record (such as picks, odds, stake amounts, sportsbook name, and notes) and your bankroll and unit-size settings, so you can track your personal performance.
• Support and communications: the contents of support tickets, feedback, or direct emails you send to us when you request assistance or contact our team.

Apart from anything you choose to enter in our bet-tracking tools, we do not collect information about wagers you place or your outside sportsbook accounts — we have no visibility into whether or how you use any information from the Service.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We share certain data with trusted third-party providers to process payments, host the Service, track performance, and communicate with you. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

• Stripe (payments): we use Stripe for payment processing, authorization, and fraud prevention. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe over secure, encrypted channels. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (analytics, optional): only if you opt in through our cookie banner or Cookie settings, we use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user interactions, and performance metrics. This helps us optimize site speed and plan future features. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. It is not loaded unless you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time. • Substack (newsletter): if you opt in to our newsletter, we manage and deliver those emails through Substack and share your email address with Substack strictly for delivery. See the Substack Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Render: application hosting.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses strictly necessary cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, secure your account, complete sign-up and checkout, and remember choices you make, such as your language. With your consent only, it also uses Google Analytics cookies to analyze site performance; optional analytics stays off until you opt in, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of our pages. The Cookie Policy lists each cookie and storage item, its purpose and how long it lasts. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop features such as sign-in from working.

We use the information we collect strictly for operational and product-improvement purposes:

• Service delivery: to provide and maintain the Service, including your account, subscription access, and personal bet-tracking tools.
• Billing: to process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
• Performance optimization: to identify bugs, optimize site speed, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Feature development: to understand which tools and features our users rely on most, guiding future updates.
• Direct communication: to send transactional account messages (such as password resets, billing receipts, and service updates), support responses, and marketing newsletters where you have opted in.

5. No Sale of Information

We value your trust. We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to any third parties for external marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Security & Data Encryption

• In-transit encryption: all communication between your browser and the Service is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
• At-rest encryption: data stored on our behalf by Supabase (database) and Render (application hosting) is encrypted at rest.
• Payment security: Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance to keep your financial details safe.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal data (such as rights under the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete it. You can update your account profile details directly inside the application at any time, or email us to make a request. We'll honor requests to the extent those rights apply to you.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 (or the legal age of majority / legal sports-wagering age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
